It has received only positive responses, but i want it to reach as many people as possible to get a response from a riot employee. I feel like the red tracker will pull in more people to expand my idea, and help it grow. I know I am not allowed to spam it. Any tips to get it to god mode post?

I don't think Reds respond to popularity; I think there's usually a Red that will at least read every thread (unless it is horribly unproductive, and even then they might have to read it for moderation purposes). I've had posts with 4 comments that get a Red response, and threads with 90 comments with no Red response.
There's really no sure-fire way to get a red response. As Mr. Buffington said, Reds might respond to a post with only a few replies. Just make a well-constructed, civil argument and hope for the best.
