Weird permaban

So yesterday late night, I was playing a game with some friends and started acting trollish in the chat, I was saying mean things, some were really toxic and I apologise even though I was kidding most of the time, and even mentionned it in the chat. I have been playing for close 5 years now, and I never recieved any sort of ban for toxicity what so ever. I got chat restricted 2 years ago but since then never got any punishment, pop up warnings or whatever. I got perma banned instantly in a game where the worst things I said all game were Autistic child and %%%. Those two words ere the worst things ive said all game, and I totaly agree that it was toxic and eveyrthing and I'm sorry for that. But there wasn't anything racist or real threats. I would really like too get my account back and I learned my lesson, but can you guys help me, I deserve maybe a chat restriction or maybe a 2 week ban but a instant perma for those two words is too harsh

If "I was joking" and "I'm not usually toxic" were valid excuses, permaban wouldn't exist. And maybe you didn't say anything racist, or threaten anyone. You wouldn't be able to tell, even meeting me in person, but I myself am Autistic. I take offense when people use it as an insult, cause you know what? It's a hindrance to me, that I am well aware of, that I can't do anything about. It's not something like ignorance (which is highly present among many league players) that's a choice.

Also, you don't get permabanned for 2 words in 1 game. You get permabanned for a history of toxicity over many many games.
