Thought this was pretty funny

None of this behavior is acceptable as all it does is ruin the game for everyone.)

So this is leagues support emailing me back on why I was permanently banned. So it all started in my Silver 1 promotion games (final one to determine whether i get gold or not). I'm support, and my adc locks in Ryze. So in my mind i was thinking whatever we can still win just try your hardest. So the game starts, and right away the ryze runs down mid and gives them a kill, and continuously does this many more times. At that point i say "Kys ryze"(considering this is my silver promos). From their on i'm just asking the enemy team if they can report the ryze for me since he is trolling, which they agreed on doing since they don't want this ryze to be wasting 4 peoples lives again, and 5 other lives bored for 20 minutes. After a while they were quite fed so they pushed down mid and won the game. After that, I got the message that I was perma banned, for this 1 game. I emailed league of legends support and this is their response. I don't get it, am I just supposed to soak it in and let the feeder lose the game for us and not ask the enemy to report him? Because I have had many past games where a troll/feeder got away with trolling/feeding, and this man deserved to be punished so I simply asked them to help him to get punished since I know a lot of feeders get away with feeding. I'd like to read your thoughts so please comment!
