Can i play ap corki bottom lane?

I would say no. He isn't really going to give you the sustained damage on objectives that your team is usually going to want from a marksman, since his sustained damage is coming from his rockets, which can't hit towers.

With good communication even double bruiser bot is still viable. Just keep in mind ADC/support is used because it is consistent, where as most other things are inconsistent.
