Get promoted get immidietly demoted

The ranking system really needs to be fixed. i go on a great ten game winning streak all of my teams are doing great. i get into promos and sweep it. i win 2 games lose two games things are going fine i win 2 more games then lose 3 and get dropped back down. youd think a game this stupidly reliant on other people would be a bit more forgiving. but basicly you get 3 shit teams and you are the worst player in existence. im not great in any way shape or form but when my entire team wants to form the hero train and i get punished for it its a bit rediculous
