Wrongly Banned for MMRBoosting (Seriously)
I guess this is the same old story but my account has been suspended and all my season rewards removed for MMR boosting. I have no idea why this would have occurred. I have had my account since season 2 and have been the only person that plays it. I took a one and a half to two year hiatus and recently got back into the game when they introduced dynamic Q (I was excited to play with my friends because there is a group of three of us and could never play together since duoing in ranked was the only option). I started playing around Christmas last year and rotated playing top characters where i struggled to even get to gold.
Shortly thereafter Riot buffed Rumble, the character i had the most success with over my long career. I took the new Rumble top with mixed results. However, i eventually stumbled upon the strategy of taking Rumble into the Jungle. I had HUGE success with this. i shot up ranks and have achieved my highest rank ever (Plat 3) on the back of Jungle Rumble. I even changed my Summoner name to "I Jungle Rumble". I played Jungle Rumble every game i could, check my profile, i think the last 300 games are with Rumble.
Then around June I burned out on LOL a little bit and stopped playing for about 2 months (Overwatch, I started the process to buy a new house and had to move etc). My account decayed from mid Plat 3 to the bottom of Plat 4. Realizing this , i quickly hoped on and played a few games (which i won!) to stop the decay. However, i noticed the quality of my opponents had not changed. I confirmed this by checking my MMR on op.gg. Op.gg states that my MMR is MUCH higher than my league level of Plat 4. This would makes sense if your MMR did not decay because when i stopped playing i was 75 LP into Plat 3. This is the only reason i think my account must have been flagged.
Can anyone with knowledge about the MMRBossting detection look over my profile and tell me if they think any of the activity on my account could create a flag for MMRboosting? This is very upsetting to me because this is the first time i have ever hit Plat and now im wrongly getting my season rewards taken from me. Ive had this account since season two, have sunk hundreds of dollars into it, and am a huge league fan. This erroneous ban makes me want to uninstall

Your suspension was only issued after an extensive investigation was run to ensure your involvement in MMR boosting. As explained in the email you received in response to your suspension, the following actions have been taken on your account:
-A two-week suspension has been issued to your account. -All previous Season rewards (Victorious skins, borders, season icons, season ward skins) have been stripped from your account. -You are ineligible for any 2016 Season rewards
While you may feel that this punishment is too harsh, please realize that having accounts boosted, for whatever reason, ruins the spirit of League of Legends competitive play. While you are ineligible for any rewards in the 2016 Season, this does not disqualify you for anything pertaining to the 2017 Season. Keep in mind that if you have any future involvement in MMR boosting, your account will be permanently suspended.

Look how obviously automatically generated this response is! "Hello I" it didnt even get my name right! Thanks for your extensive investigation evidenced by the fact you cant even type my summoner name correctly let alone point to any activity that amounted to MMRBoosting. I am so upset. Let that be a lesson to you all, if you really try and climb in elo and succeed RIOT can randomly take it upon themselves to take away a YEARS worth of work and wont even dignify you with a human response as to why.

I still have no response from the player behavior team. It has been almost two days and i have yet to speak to a human for a support issue.

Your tag clearly says Player Support. Why was my ticket not escalated to the Player Behavior team? You now say that no level of escalation will give me answers, that is not a very customer friendly response. What your system may perceive has another player logging into my account is erroneous. There are documented examples of your system flagging false positives. I have never let anyone play my account. Can you you tell me what the most played character is on my account so I can have faith you are really checking anything? If your system detects boosting it most point to a certain percentage of a players games. If you check my account you can see I play a very niche character that would be impossible to find a higher level player to boost my account with.
