sub 30 afkers and feeders

I am level 21 and and my last 4 games had 3 afkers in it. Everyone of them were the same guys. I blocked and reported them all 3 times and still get them in games. isn't the point of blocking so you dont play with that player again?

No... blocking has nothing to do with playing with the same players again. The player is punished though if more than 1 person report them consecutively 3 games in a row. If, only you report them it won't do anything I assume.
