Forgotten good ideas

This is my first post, but i just wanted to point out that there are some really good community ideas that have been forgotten, an example would be deep sea fizz, a skin idea that had so much hope and depth into it, and we just left it. This has been bugging me for a little while, but the thought that people put a lot of work into these things made me want to write this, i just wanted to point it out
