But ever since you employed Lyte, this game has been beyond unplayable - I have never seen player behaviour managed in the way you do it.

Your aim should be to find and ban scripters/cheaters, boosted accounts, bought accounts, intentional feeders, and system abusers as a priority, IN THAT ORDER.

THEN, your secondary priorities should be trolls/racists/homophobes etc.

Your last priority should be banning people for swearing/raging in a game - especially, if they are defending themselves.

At the moment your actually dedicating all your effort to the lowest of priorities. You have created a whole meme for it: 'toxic'. In fact the concept of 'toxicity' in this game is perhaps the most 'toxic' thing about it, since now everybody has a word for when they don't like something somebody did or said. E.g

'Omg you pick kat top, so toxic' 'omg he told me to shut up when i called him a noob, TOXIC' 'that guy just told me to stop taxing his lane, he is a toxic asshole who should die of cancer'

None of these scenarios actually effect the game, besides perhaps silly chat wars that are distracting, but they happen regardless and actually separate better players from worse ones often. Is teamwork not a skill? Doesn't rank measure this? The better the team player the higher the elo surely?

If you rage in a team game, your a bad player and you won't win games, but you aren't cheating, you aren't ethically corrupt and you don't deserve to be banned for arguing with somebody. Unless of course you wish cancer on their mum or be racist etc...But at the moment, you get reported for literally everything and anything, I actually thought about compiling some screen shots of what I've been reported for before for a laugh, but its actually more sad than anything. And you are fucked if you actually reply to the flame, simply explaining your point of view is illegal and viewed as the same as instigating and harassing. The victim gets reported by the harasser probably EVERY time.

Anyways TLDR: if Yi spams about how bad you are for 10 mins straight, I should be able to tell Yi he is a cun.t without getting banned.
