Seeing Friend Skins.

Is there a way to figure out if one of your friends has a skin for a certain champion before gifting so there isn't an issue of figuring it out? (I want to surprise someone and I have no idea which skins they have). I think it would be a great feature to be able to see which skins your friends have for certain champions. Also add a tab that mentions the skins you have (posted many times before me).
