Increasing refund credit based on RP you have bought

I suggest Riot allows us to increase our refund credit based on how much RP we have purchased/bought in a fixed ratio.

Example: Supposedly we got every one extra refund credit for every $20 we purchase. If we purchase $20, one extra refund credit.

If it's $50, two extra refund credit and so on. And that extra $10 will be counted toward next purchase, so that next time you will only have to purchase another $10 to get extra refund credit.

I believe this is a good system to solve refund credit problem and isn't easily abusable.

In the long term, Riot can benefit with the following: *Less ticket about asking for refund *More incentive to get piipol to buy RP

Note: Refund credit can be set to be given out after a set period of time, so that piipol won't go to bank to cancel the transaction.
