Sandbox Mode

I know many will not read this and this will not be the best written post but there has been something that has been burning me inside. That is, Can Riot Games add a Sandbox mode. I know adding it onto multiplayer will be a HUGE problem however that is not what I am shooting for. I am looking for a Sandbox type mode that will be as a private match with bots or only your friends and you can give yourself as much money as possible so you and your friends can fight at the most damage possible. This is probably not the best idea but I just wanted to see what the player base thought. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK and try to tweak my idea so it will be the most solid idea possible. THANKS ! :D
