Need report in q or something

I go in one game and already i regret playing league. I love this game, but the people that you have to deal with while playing this game. Its insane how idiotic, toxic, and rude people can be. Maybe 1/4 queues there is an auto locker who usually doesnt get punished because about 1/4 of those 1/4 times someone dodges. If you manage to get in game theres a feeder or someone whos just bad like a support who takes cs. This is all bad, but what really pisses me off is when your winning and people decide to throw because "they dont give a fck whether they win or lose". Ok good for them. How about you actually try anyways. Winning is almost always better than losing even if you dont care. It pisses me off how so many people will just throw games because they dont care or couldnt care less. There needs to be improvements with reports of that kind. If they dont care and want to ruin other people's games then they dont have to play and can get banned, but these reports arent taken seriously.
