Champion price changes (for free?)

As somone who have friends that's new to league and have a smurf i see the problem with champion prices (the cost is to high). I know that there are the prices so new players won't have hard time in the game (to know all 130 champions abilities is a problem). But i was thinking about a solution and i think i found a good one: What if, each level you get will give you some champions for free? you will still get IP each game and you will be able to buy champions with the IP as well. for example: Each level you get will give you 2 - 5 champions for free ( difficult level according the level you got or random champions). And maybe it will be a good idea to fix the cost of all champions to something like 3150?
So if i got to lv 10 and i didnt got Gangplank i can save IP to buy him. So we keep the difficulty level for starters (about learning the champions abilities) and we let them play and get new champions at the same time. There is a possibility that it will help if you can see the champion abilities in the loading screen, after champion select, so if there is champion that you don't know his abilities you will be able to see what he does before the game begin.

And of course that will be extra champion you won't get until level 30 that you will have to buy.

i will be happy to hear every one opinion! (and even more happy if this change or something similar will go live)

Ps. sorry for my english :)

The price is perfectly fine. Why make it too easy to get? The way it is now is that you actually need to play to get champions. I don't want it to only cost like 10 games for a champion.

It may be a little Bias coming from someone who has all the champions, but still, it is something to work for. just just get for free.

the point of earlier levels is to play and test free champions to learn their abilities buying a champ early on probably means you are only playing that champion instead learning many also league of legends in general is bad at acclimating new players to the game
