Best Way to Spend RP
Recently my friend was going to buy RP, and he was going to buy champs with them. But I told him he should just buy skins with it. What do you think is the better option?

Really it depends. I probably bought 10 champs or so while on sale. But I only bought champs that are 6300 IP. Now that I've played long enough that I only need 10 more champs, the realization is that eventually I'll have unlimited IP so to speak, but RP will still cost money.
I think buying some on sale champs is okay, but I wouldn't throw too much money into it. You feel a lot better about skins, especially if you play that champ frequently.
It depends on how much time he wants to sink into the game, and how much disposable income he has. If he wants to play certain champions, but doesn't have that much time/has a lot of disposable income, it might be best for him to buy champions. If he doesn't mind grinding 4800/6300/whatever for a champion or doesn't have a lot of spare cash, it might be best to buy skins.
