Anyone else getting server lag?

ya its wierd af, any other games/programs i have next to no ms, i average 20-30 ms/latency in all my other games. i play league and im sitting at 250 average (330 ms in the loading screen as i type this now, and now just for URF but in an aram). this crap is getting old riot..
