GET RID OF ALL NOOBS ON RANKED

Without noobs, then the kinda good would be the noobs, and without the kinda good, the good would be noobs, and without the good then the really good would be noobs and without the really good the best would be noobs. We are all noobs, so asking riot that is asking them to shut down ranked. :/
