Refer a Friend Overcompensation

Not long ago I got this email

"Your account has been found to exhibit behavior that makes attempts to exploit the Refer-A-Friend(RAF) system through unfair means. Content has been removed from your account that is equal in value to the suspicious redeemed RAF rewards. Additional content may have been removed as compensation for active IP boost rewards (based on the average bonus IP earned per boost).

This content will not be restored, nor will your account be able to access the Refer-a-Friend program again. The Refer-a-Friend program is intended to reward Summoners for inviting and playing with their friends. Exploiting this program is unfair and hurts those who sincerely work to bring new players to the game."

I understand and take full responsibility and I get that they will take away the content that is equal to what I earned. Now since they have decided to take so much of my rp, ip, skins, and rune page I decided to do some math. I got 10,000 rp an 25,000 ip for exploiting the refer a friend program. The amount that they have taken from me and actually continue to take from me whenever I gain ip or purchase rp has added up to 34,500 ip and 16,149 rp. They are still taking champions and skins that I have purchased with my own money even after they have taken away what was equal value. I do not think this is right in any way I have sent in another ticket and I'm waiting on their response because the first one I got was a computer message of the exact email. I'm thinking about quitting league altogether because its like what if I get gifted a rare mystery skin or what if I purchase rp for a new skin that's coming out how will I know if I will get to keep it? They also took away my ip that I earned during the double ip weekend which has nothing to do with the situation and was over 6,300 ip! How will I ever know when their overcompensation is enough compensation? Anyway it just doesn't seem right and I'm demanding the money back that they overcompensated for because I don't understand why they're still continuing to do this. Just wanted to share.
