Refund System

Well the title already explains a bit of it. essentially what i try to accomplish is that riot makes it simple for new/old players to refund their skins+champs because 3 refunds for the rest of you gaming carrier is so less that you can't do anything useful with it and since you are new to the game and don't understand the meaning of RP/IP and what you can do with it you would most likely refund a 6300 IP champion to buy another one. 70% of the players use their refunds before they reach level 30 where you actually start needing them.

So here is the solution let's give every player a refund posebility over a month so every month every1 get's 1 refund possibility (stacks up to 3) if you already have 3 refunds posseble you cannot overextend the limit of 3. That would make life mutch easier for alot of players that main other roles or don't like particular champions/skins anymore.
