i got ranked restricted and i don´t know why!

my last game was a custom game, i don´t flame for like 10 games and my recent games weren't ranked i got this restriction once, and i got it again just today, why? i just want to go up on my elo and i cant even try, im not flaming anymore, and this is getting me to give up on this great game, i have the skill just hadn't the patience, now i have it but i can´t play again........riot pls explane me how can i skip this 35 ranked restricted games i dont deserve this 2 times in a month.....

Usually rank restriction are from toxic behavior, sometimes from leaving too much games (usually just leaving rank games) it could be something that happen awhile go that is finally catching up to you. Just play the required normal matches if you need to play rank that badly!
