Hi there. I am working my way up to silver 5 steadily now. Here is my advice on how I got out of bronze 5:
1)Stop playing the game if you lose 2 matches in a row. This is when you are tilting. You are obviously not getting any good team mates who can carry you and you are probably pissed off and not thinking and playing as well as you usually do. NEVER PLAY RANKED WHEN YOURE TILTING. Play normal games until you feel really confident again or just close the game and do something else.
2)a HUGE factor in getting out of bronze 5 is just sheer luck. In fact bronze 4 is way harder to get out of than bronze 5 for me. bronze 3 is reasonable. I have seen the dumbest fucking players building the dumbest shit you wouldn't even believe me if I told you.
3)duo queue is MUCH harder than solo queue. The current match making system is incredibly fucked up and mind boggling. Honestly its probably the worst thing about LoL. Until you increase your skill your chances are much better to get matched with some good team mates on solo queue.
3)One trick ponies are generally more successful in getting out of ELO hell but you still need to master at least 5-10 champs. Being very good at one champ in particular will greatly increase your chances but you can't play ranked on the assumption that you will ALWAYS be able to play that champ in that role. This is why you need to be very well practised with 2 champs for every role in the game (top, mid, jungle, adc, support). Your main, and a back up if your main is already taken/banned.
Fun fact, (and this is more true the lower your MMR) the more wards you have in comparison to the enemy team the higher your odds are of winning. On average at 20 wards more than the opposing team you'll have 65% chance of winning at any average MMR, this is most true and even higher at bronze. After 20 more than your opponent it starts dropping back down though.
So enough of that "no one pays attention even when you do ward" crap that bronzies have at. Statistics don't lie, ward more. Heck play support and focus on warding. Screw the "you gotta hyper carry out" junk, you can hyper ward your way out.
Fun factoid number 2, the win rate of your team on average will increase to extremes up to 45+ wards.
It's not hell, it's purgatory :3
Not playing when you're on tilt is a good idea (just assuming that it happens sometimes). Watching high elo players teaches you things you don't see in your own games. Try different champions and roles if you are restricting yourself to only a couple.
Well... how to say... if you are bronze 5 for four months then you are really bad. And not JUST bad, I mean REALLY FUCKING BAD. Carry your team. Dont just blame them. You will eventually climb if you know how to play the game correctly.
Elo hell is when you've reached your current skill level in the game, and so you can't rise because of that. To get out of Elo hell, learn the basics of the game. I recommend the "UNSW LoLsoc" lecture series on YouTube. They'll teach you all the important things in the game. If you listen to and apply all the information there, I guarantee you'll get to high Silver minimum within a few months. But only if you apply the information there.
it only gets harder the higher rank you go. all you need to climb is to improve your own play and understanding of the game. rewatch your games and reduce your mistakes.
So I decided to play good every game, /mute all every game, play only 1 or 2 champs, 100% focus,I won 11/12, still in ELo Hell?
And then I get player who is still in placement game lv 30 with no elo, who has no clue what is going and lost 3 games in a row, back where i started with little few LP.
I mean WTF...
About to quit this game. srly
