Tribunal System

Hi Riot this is one of the Summoners Hip Penguin I am here to first of all about what is the problem to me . For the past years , I have played League of Legends (around 3 years now) it was a blast this game really has change my life helping me being a social in the pc world and experience gaming but what I have notice during these 3 years of playing League that some of the summoners are toxic or trolls in this case . what I am here for is to suggest an idea I have seen this in tournaments I have played . When us summoners report for tribunal after game for whatever the cause is can there be an attachment section where summoners can put photo evidence of the tribunal this will make the tribunal more efficient and also lets people not abuse the tribunal by placing false reports people that deserve to get banned for there actions . I got this idea again from tournaments I played many of the admins when ask to report someone ask for evidence and without it the person wont be banned from the tournament. I know this is too much to ask as I am just a player but I feel like this can help League of Legends in the future run and just have a better community .
