how does Sneaky get good ping in KR?

just like my title, I wonder how as I'm a KR player but I get higher pings and I would like to know how or if Sneaky gets good ping.

Either your internet is really bad, or his internet is routed much closer to the main server.

IIRC, Korea has it's own servers and the country is much smaller than North America.

He isn't playing on the NA servers from Korea.
