Ganking as a jgl in low elo

Its impossible to get a usefull gank off. I ping when im on my way to the lane i want to gank i ping again when im going to enter lane for the gank and i ping directly im targeting the enemy laner the moment i enter the lane my allied laner runs to his tower and leaves. We lost and i got blamed for being a noob jgl and not ganking. Thats true i tried to gank every lane once always the same story i enter they leave i said i only gank now when i ping u engage i follow up i pinged no engage i told them if i dont get help with their laner i dont gank. So why do they blame me if it would be an easy 2v1 but they dont help. 1 of these 2 things happen every gank

  1. allied laner backs when i enter
  2. allied laner keeps farming minions when i gank

How can i make them help in ganks not ganking anymore until they start the engage doesnt work even if i notify them of this.

if you can't 1v1 the enemy laner, don't gank. you only risk giving him a double kill.

Also, don't gank when your team is pushed under their tower with 10cs under it, it's not worth it for them, they lose all creeps, draw creep aggro and might not even get a kill.

This is what I do.

The minute they don't engage, I blackmail them. I say "no ganks" as well as "no blue" if applicable.

I focus on snowballing a different lane. Meanwhile they're losing lane but our botlane Lucian is 10/2, so we got this. It slowly teaches the vast playerbase to go in and rewards people who play well and actually go in.
