Ok so is this program illegal because it mods the minimap or because people don't have a need to buy skins while using this program because I am a broke as hell person and I seriously wanna use this program cause i am getting tired of the same old regular champs.

It's not okay to lose and it will get you banned. That's enough reasons to not use it.

I literally just got an email from Riot Support saying it was bannable, and they'd Perma ban my account if I didn't stop
