Adding an option filter for "Legacy" Skins

As the title states, I for one find it frustrating to see truly every skin I own.

I don't think it would be a bad idea to add (as obviously only if you own it you can see it in your skin tabs for that champion) an option to filter on:

1. Summoner Profile (aka with the champions, class of champions etc etc)
2. Shop (As even though they are not purchasable, fact of the matter is you can still see every other "shop ready" skin when you use the correct filter settings, why not legacy too?)
