Shops Have Mana Pots?!?

The little differences in the game usually go unoticed, such as the waterfall in botlane that you ward over out of your warding range, but I think that both shopkeepers on the rift have Mana pots. They both have a health potion and mana potion on their desks, and the bot shopkeeper has a barrel of em'.

I don't know man, Riot, please get rid of them because it drives me crazy that I cant spam all my spells without going oom lvl 6 although the shopkeeper has plenty...
