Should be instant banned if you are a botlane going combined 0-10 within 10 min. And no the other team wasnt good in fact one player had a 35% win rate over 100 games played. You actually have to try to feed that hard that the game ends in 13 min so lets just perma ban these players thanks.
maybe your bot lane had a bad game... ? maybe they are worst then the other bot lane? there are alot of factors
if you felt they were INTENTIONALLY FEEDING AND TROLLING you can report for that and if it has enough reports for those players they will be reviewed and there will be judgement to find if thats the case or not and if it is found to be so... they will be punished accordingly
