GPL Summoner Icons?

I'm aware that in 2014 and 2015 GPL (Garena Premier League) esports teams had their summoner icons released on the NA servers. Did they not do this for 2016? There's a few teams I wouldn't mind representing from that region with a summoner icon. Anyone have an idea if we'll be getting icons for 2017?
