i see that Underworld TF is on sale, but it's only in a bundle is there anyway on earth that i can just buy the skin? Will it ever go on sale or do i have to flesh out 20$?

These underworld/shadow isles skins usually go on sale during the harrowing event. Riot said the harrowing wont be on Halloween anymore but it will be a random event and have more to do with the lore so we may see the harrowing soon or after Halloween this year.

I'm hoping for a snowdown harrowing event.
