Hextech Keys no longer being dropped
Has anyone had any trouble getting hextech keys? i obtained 4 key FRAGMENTS in the first 2 days of this event, but since then have not received any at all, even-though ive won over 2 dozen games since.

Riot's already confirmed that the drop rate is not linear
basically boils down to maybe 1 free crappy skin every year or so. So generous...
Riot has stated that every time you earn a key fragment, the drop rate for your next key fragment decreases. The drop rate does reset each month, though.
My mama says that alligators are ornery cuz they got all them chests, but no key fragments...
