I was trying to connect to the game for 20 mins, and when it finally started to connect, the game ended. I was counted as a leave and now its doing the same thing to me on the 2nd game that im trying to play.

I've had that happen before as well. I got that damned "I agree" message. It was not my intent to do it, and I tried as much as I could with the buggy-ass software to connect. It was League's fault, not mine. But they blamed me, and I had to type that bullshit phrase that I quite frankly do not agree with, as it was not my fault.

Riot's new policy on the matter basically says their fault: "fuck you anyway, we don't give a shit. You're still banned."

The actual wording is more like if it happens, it isn't a bug, it is your fault. Whether intentional or through poor settings, shitty network, or some other reason, you need to get your shit straight before you start playing before you start playing more, or you will be punished, regardless of the cause.

well i've now repaired the client and its still doing the same thing. I have the same settings and connections that i've had the past 2 years and its worked fine up until now.

"unable to connect to the server. If you have a firewall, it may be blocking the connection. Please refer to your firewalls's documentation. Would you like to retry the connection?"

I turned off my firewall completely, and its still not letting me connect. This IS Riots client f**king up and IF they penalize me for it, the i will just not play the game anymore. Like i said, it was working fine in the past, and even earlier today it worked just fine. So it has nothing to do with my end.

my guess is a corrupted league folder.

the two best options are 1. Delete the riot folder, then DL it again (install game again, basically). But you HAVE TO delete the folder (or move it), otherwise it will use the same possibly corrupted files. 2. Another option is to take a thumb drive to another computer, or a friend's computer, and copy his/her Riot folder over yours.

That should hopefully fix it.

Well, I have now completely removed it from my computer and i am in the process of reinstalling it. We'll see how this goes.

I've had this happen to me as well. I emailed Riot about it, and basically got a reply saying they can't do anything about the 3 day ban I got.

I deleted it. and yeah it was a pretty big download. Even after doing this its still not working. SO im going to just say fuck it and not play the game anymore. No time for this kinda nonsense.

I've noticed some similar issues lately. I think it may be their fault and not yours. Also don't do other things that contribute to it. Like if you're running curse and quit it while LoL is open, you can cause some issues and you should probably just restart LoL to be safe.

I've restarted the game, uninstalled and re-installed it, i've deleted and re-downloaded. I've done just about everything besides restoring my computer and i have way to much on here to do that just for league. So its looking like Riot just lost one of its long time players. Been here since Season1 and this has never happened.

It is now letting me into games, and i have done absolutely nothing new to my computer or to the game. So yeah, it was Riots f**k up and now im penalized into a low priority queue for 5 games because of their bullsh*t server.
