Permanent Ban After Long time (account tangelus- albanianhunter)

I recently got my account permantly suspended for verbal abuse. I used to flame a lot after losing games especially in rankeds, but after my chat bans i realised it is not worth it to spam in chat and i should focus more on my plays. I always tried to stay positive and write only to say good job. After all this improvement i had countless honors (and 2 ribbons earned in the history of this account) . Unfortunatelly after my last 2 games that i was unlucky to feed, one teammate each time blamed me and the only thing i did was to respond in the most friendly way i could and say only that i will report for harass (after harassing me really bad with their premade friends) and still i am sure they reported me after the games for verbal that it didnt even exist....the chat of mine that is supposed to show how unfriedly i am shows the excactly opposite...at least not hard language that should be a reason for perna...and i think my ban it shouldnt be after so many honors and especially for such a cause after more than 200 games without bans. I have 2 small accounts that i play and i do pretty good in terms of relations with my teammates but i would do whatever is possible to asure my position as a positive member of the community and play again from my main account. The funniest thing happened to this account is displayed in the link i gave where i have a chat ban and earned a ribbon at the same time :P (it happened a long time ago when i really wasnt so good) I would be happy if my case was reconsidered regarding my chats that are in majority pushing my team to victory and not the other way (sorry for the long post and my bad english xD )
