Improving the Ranked Game Experience

Hello My name is Truece, and I just recently came back to the game after playing Dota 2 and HoN a bit. I really do enjoy the masteries and runes setup in this game which really sets it apart from the other 2. There is something I have been noticing which is very annoying and demoralizing. Too many trolls and afkers is making it difficult to enjoy this game. So here's a suggestion that I believe will benefit everyone. A vote to kick someone off your team that is trolling(feeding) or afked and a equal distribution of his/her gold and items to the rest of the team. Also if the feeding or afking starts early within a 15 minute window and the player is kicked you have the option to the leave the match without being penalized (deducted ranked points). On the other hand the players that get kicked will get a substantial deduction of ranked points and 30 minute penalty for joining a ranked que. There can also be a system to ban players based on the amount of kicks they have received. The only reason why I brought this up for discussion was because I have literally been in way too many matches where these trolls and afkers have destroyed the match and ruined the experience, ranked points of others on the team. I understand you have the tribunal that have improved the behavior of 250,000 players but there are still way too many of these trolls and afkers in the game. Seems to me that with the present system in place I normally enter a ranked match with a troll or afker 8 out of 10 matches which I believe is unacceptable. Please consider these suggestions, cause these suggestions are based on ranked match experiences and will benefit millions of summoners that enjoy this game.

I enjoy the idea of sharing the person's gold to the rest of the team if they've been afk but what would happen if they were doing something Important and came back? Would all their gold be gone? I think it wouldn't be fair for something like that to happen to them if it was a legitimate reason they had to be afk for. A vote kick could be easily abused by "trolls" or just people who don't like the other person for whatever reason (Thinking that the person is stealing kills or farm, only rude people would kick for that though). Being able to leave the game if a teammate is disconnected early would just make a bad game even worse for the people still playing it. I do have a good idea to add to yours though! If someone disconnects within fifteen or twenty minutes, instead of being able to leave, LP loss and gain should be reduced (35% reduce on gain, 65% reduce on loss give or take) so it would be a bit more fair but wouldn't completely reduce the effects of the game because people did put time into it. I like your idea of the person who leaves the game would get a half hour temp ban from ranked and would be deducted a large amount of LP (two or three losses worth). In the end I would like to thank you for taking the time to try and make ranked games more enjoyable (or bearable) for people!
