You cant get rid of Toxicity

It's a really long survey and it's not just about toxicity like you described. That is going to put off a lot of players.

Secondly, Riot will not do anything about this survey because the sample size will be extremely small. Don't get me wrong though, you're still going to get some neat information, it just won't be very helpful.
