PBE Acceptance Time

I've been wondering about the PBE for a while because I have wanted to try it out and see what it is like so I finally applied. How long does it usually take for people to get accepted into the PBE? I know that YouTubers get certain privileges when it comes to the PBE but for normal people how long does it take?

It took me about a month to get it, but I think my account expired from not playing on it at all.

But it does vary, others have complained about waiting years without an invite, and I think they do it in waves for each patch if they feel it's necessary.
