How likely is a Victorious Varus skin?

A little unlikely. While Viktor remains a great midlaner who does little bit of everything as well as a strong burst potential, and Varus mid now showing good snipe potential, Victorious skins were known to be champions who have been strong all around ranked from the beginning to the end and had greatest impact in teamfights. Varus is just now seeing the spotlight but still remains as not a good pick besides poking, while Viktor's... I don't know. I don't see him much in picks.
Currently, Sejuani seems to be in a good spot as well as Vi. I might be wrong though.
Its going to be Sivir. The Victorious skin is awarded to the champ that had the biggest influence in competitive play, and that is by a long shot, Sivir. Kalista could be a candidate, but Sivir has a almost 100% pick and ban rate world wide.
