I'm so sick of being placed in a match where summoners constantly complain, play the blame game, argue, target other players-bully them, and I'm on the search to find a new group of friends.

If you find yourself constantly surrounded by toxic players, you may be doing something that promotes toxicity. Not saying you are by any means, because I know how bad the league community is, but it is a possibility.
