Quitting League, would be nice if Riot cared why

I recently played a ranked game that I was 6/5 jungle Shyvanna. The enemy team was doing poorly but won because we had two level 5 DC's on our team. I did not get a loss prevented, and lost 22 of my hard earned LP. There needs to be some system in place to compensate in these circumstances. I am Silver 2 and I have fought so hard to get here, and things like this help prevent me from being Gold. I see players tht are awful in Gold some how, and yet I cant get higher than Silver 1. Is it just luck? Does Riot care at ALL about things like 3v5's in ranked? How is that fair to lose 22 LP for 3v5? I'm done with this game, but maybe you can keep more players in the future if you do something about this and show that you give a s* about the people who can't make it to higher ELO because of stuff like this.
