French in NA

Can someone tell me why it's impossible to have a French version of league of legends in NA when a french version all ready exist in Europe. Because french is one of the two official language of Canada and Canada is in North America. So why if the french version exist and French is one of the official language of the biggest country in north america can we not have the french version in north america.

P.S. sorry for all the grammatical mistake I am a french canadian so :P

Because they decided NA is english only. We pretty much all speak english, while only some of us speak french (and/or Spanish) in NA. It's probably also due to the language education systems of where the two servers are.
