Getting Extended Que time due to another player feeding in my match.

Started a match and the top lane and bot lane started to fight. They pissed off the top lane enough to make him start running under MY mid lane opponent. Our jungle said he was going to wait at base for game to end so I told him I would too and asked the enemy team to rush our base. Anyway game ended before 20 as we all gave up. Now I have an probably automated 20:00 wait penalty.... BUT to make it worse me and a friend qued and hes FORCED to wait too. WE get in but someone dodges and now WE both have to wait another 20:00 minutes. Please Riot ease up on this and investigate these things a little bit before slapping penalties out on players. Love this game and the team behind it, but you really make me hate YOU guys for this stuff and a large company as yourselves should have much more fair minor punishment systems in order to keep your players happy and calm to avoid toxicity in your game. THanks.
