So Iv Looked at all the Servers and i noticed something, why is other Servers Online But North America? its been that way for a Long time is North America on Servers Always an Issue? Why Cant we Play During Game Fixs Like Other Servers? would that Cause more Problems or its just That Riot Doesnt not Want us to Cause anymore troubles then it already is.. is Anyone noticing the Same thing?

Dude you really can't talk about this if you have never seen other servers.

They are ALWAYS down, people just dont complain as much as NA, so it's hardly noticable
