Protip: asking for an account over the official Riot-monitored forums is probably the dumbest possible thing you could do.

Anyway, maybe you could just behave in a way that would get yourself banned. Ever consider that? I suppose if you got banned then it makes sense why you'd be silly enough to post this on the forums, you have to be really stupid to get banned on this game. I'm pretty toxic myself and have never gotten even a warning. You have to be REALLY toxic to get banned.
