4k Resolution Support

Hey Riot,

I recently picked up a new 4k monitor and wanted to see how the game would perform under the beautiful 4k resolution. Now I will say, the games looks fantastic, however, there are a few nuisances.

Firstly, the cursor is TINY, and I mean really small to the point where in a team fight, I won't know where my cursor is, which really affects my gameplay. In addition to that, the minimap is the same size, but everything within it, like the tower icons, wards and enemies are incredibly small. It would be nice if you guys could have some scaling for this stuff so I can enjoy the game in 4k and not need a magnifying glass to find my cursor.

I've seen workarounds, with additional software that makes your cursor larger (gotta disable my antivirus to use it), but personally it would just be nice if league had it's own feature. Maybe this is something you guys could add in future patches.
