Spectating Games?

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if its been removed.

Can we still spectate high elo(challenger/master/diamond/platinum) games? I know in the old client there was a feature that let you spectate high elo games, but i can't seem to find a similar option. Any info on this?

In the Legacy client, you can still spectate challengers/masters via the ladder view under your profile. The convenient front page rotating featured games have been removed (about a year ago, I think).

No comparable functionality has been built into the new client. It sucks.
