I don't understand this system

I have to win 27 normal draft games to be able to play ranked again... this was because of "toxic behavior". Anyways, I feel like the league of legends community is so different from any other community in the entire world. Like if i say the F word because i messed up and died, i'll get reported, or if i say can you guys stop feeding, and i'll get reported. I cannot say a single thing, because everyone takes it as "toxic behavior". If i say ff20 because the score is 4-23 at 17 minutes, I still get reported, and i have absolutely no clue why. I feel like this community takes EVERYTHING super offensive, and then i get penalized super hardcore, and then i make a mistake and everyone trips out on me like its nothing. Do I report them? no. if they were saying stuff "offensive" or just trolling or something yeah i get the report, but like seriously? I don't know, maybe i am just confused on how you guys work..

Profanity is not (generally) the issue, being a jerk to your teammates is.

"Fuck, I can't believe I missed that skillshot!" -- fine "You fucking moron! Why didn't you save me!" -- not fine

Um, yeah, telling your teammates they're feeding is extremely negative. Don't do that. I always strongly recommend to people that they never use the term "feeding" to describe their teammates' play, because it has highly negative connotations. It can also make people think you are going to report them for intentional feeding, which can make them report you back.

"Hey guys, by the way you know we're behind right now, right? Have I mentioned how much you all suck?"

Calling for early surrender is also extremely negative and tends to piss people off.

I don't know, maybe i am just confused on how you guys work..

You know, I would be fine on their whole "say a bad word and get 50 game chat ban" stance if they ALSO punished trolls. But they don't. So I think it's stupid. We play a game where you can run down mid lane intentionally feeding and not get punished, yet the player that says, "dude stop trolling" does. It's a weird thing in my opinion.
