Not everyone can pay for the boxes or have the patience to wait for one box every week. So my idea was to make a box worth ip. Something around 6400 ip for one box. But keys should stay the same(maybe increase drop rate).

What's the point in having tons of boxes and no keys if you are a player that only gets IP? All that does is make the paying players have to spend less if they don't need IP anymore.
It doesn't work out in Riot's favour and it works out for the old players that would rather spend 6300 on a box then a champion they don't want or if they already got all the champions. So basically it's rewarding older players (3+ years) that are willing to pay for keys and that's it I don't get it.
