Talon, Orianna, Lee sin or Nocturne?
I have 4900 ip and I'm looking into getting one of the 4 champions listed above but I'm not sure which one fits best with the current meta, I play mid jungle and top the most.

Don't know much about Noc, but Lee is a good champion to learn the mechanics off. But he has a high skill cap and if you plan on playing him a lot. Plan on having a bad game and have people rage at you at some point. Talon is a bursty assassin with good CC and AOE damage. He's better in teamfights than someone like Zed or Fizz. But he has no true escape and his early game is weak so be prepared for that. Orianna has great teamfight potential, and is a good lane bully to lower ranged champions.
