@Riot Ranked needs a designated shot caller.

Ranked would benefit as a whole from this. One person calling the shots Completely Anon Would Organize the game. Weather if its based off Rank, Elo, Consistent game play, or completely anon I feel like it needs to happen. This would Impact jungle game play, make carries viable again, stop idiots from trying to solo the entire enemy team, while tanking baron.

I do not think this is the best option but, At least it Hopefully stop Lower elo players like myself from thinking this is a solo game and even increase success chance in gold and higher. Its not solid, I admit it I still think its better then nothing.

Better yet, Give who ever the jungle is Designated Shot-Caller, He has smite, if he is comfortable doing Baron no one should argue with him, he has smite enemy tem does too but, if he is comfortable with it don't question it.

This would literally do nothing you think it would do. When you are conditioned to go in thinking your teammates are stupid and only you can win the game, WHO is going to listen to the other. If you can't already establish yourself as the shot caller then chances are they wouldn't listen to you anyway. And by your logic the shot caller should take a bigger penalty for losses, since it could be his calling that lost the game.
