I wanted to ask two things .

  1. do you have to earn points for the pool party event to get prizes
  2. Do you need to have dr mundo to get the free skin

  2. When Riot give out skin it usually include the champion.

  1. yeah not sure on that.
  2. if you don't own him then it will unlock him as well as the skin, as that's what they do with any kind of skin they give out.
